A new piece of traffic signage has emerged that is now being tested on Bitcoin wallets, which is a major milestone for the blockchain tech.
The test, developed by CoinTek, is based on the CoinScan test suite.
It has been tested on various Bitcoin wallets including Coinbase and Bitpay, but it is not yet available on other wallets.
The test is the latest step by CoinScan to get Bitcoin wallets testing and compliant with the Bitcoin standard.
Previously, the company had also tested on Litecoin wallets, but the testing was not as successful as expected.
In the past, CoinScan had tested on a handful of Bitcoin wallets before.
This new test also is part of CoinScan’s ongoing efforts to develop its network test suite, which will soon allow users to test their Bitcoin wallets on other devices.
CoinScan is not the only company testing on Bitcoin and the blockchain technology.
Another company, Bitfury, also recently released a test suite that can test the Bitcoin network and the Bitcoin blockchain.
The new test, which can test Bitcoin wallets from Coinbase, Bitpay and several other Bitcoin wallets is part and parcel of Coinscan’s ongoing effort to improve Bitcoin wallet security.
The company is also working to get support for Bitcoin wallets that are not already certified, which could help reduce the risk of users losing their funds.
